Qualification Information

Attention all Field Trial folks. There has been a change in the entry requirements for the 2021 National Championships.

Per the premium list......

National Grand Open Championship and

National Amateur Championship Stakes

Open to any GWP that, prior to the running, has placed in any Open Gun Dog, Amateur Gun Dog, Open All Age or Amateur All Age Stake at an AKC licensed or member field trial.

If the dog is properly entered and does not qualify before the event, the entry fee is forfeited.

So this means, the dog does NOT need to have the required placements when the entries close but does need to have them before the day of the event.

For the 2020 National Championships ...Dogs must have qualified before September 17, 2020 to be eligible to run in this event.

Any questions on this should be directed to Liz Dixon bkwdsgwp@svtel.net
